John Langley
Principal Civil Engineer

John is our Principal Civil Engineer, with over 16 years industry experience, 12 years as a Contractor’s Designer and leads our Civil Engineering department. John has been actively involved on projects across all RIBA Work Stages, undertaking Structural and Civil Engineering design, drainage strategy reports, flood risk assessments, design coordination and site inspections.

Join holds IEng status with the Institution of Civil Engineers, gained with the support of our wider group companies, giving hands-on experience of other sectors to help support his development objectives.

John heads up both CDG and the wider Group’s strategy on Environmental and Social Governance, and has a passion for carbon reduction delivered through good efficient design.
