Apprentice Civil Engineer

Background

We are looking for an Apprentice Civil Engineer to join our team. You will be enrolled onto a BEng (Hons) Civil Engineering apprentice degree programme.

The programme involves one working day a week attendance at Chelmsford or Peterborough and includes guided learning as well as independent learning and reading. As a Civil Engineer apprentice, you will work alongside and assist our multi-disciplinary design team in the delivery of a varied range of projects from our Thetford office.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a passion for Civil Engineering & Design with the ability to travel to site or office locations (full UK driving License). This exciting role will give you the opportunity to learn and earn as we support you in developing your knowledge in Civil Engineering and Design. Key Skills & Knowledge

• Entry Requirements for Apprenticeship Degree Programme:
• Evidence of Level 2 qualifications in 4 subjects including Maths GCSE (B/5) and English GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above, Functional Skills, or ESFA-approved equivalents*
• 88 UCAS points including at least 2 subjects at GCS/VCE A Level
• Degree course starts September, Course Length is 5 year 1 day a week day release
• Applicants must be 18 or over
• Must have the right to work in the UK and meet the Education and Skill funding Agency residency status
